Outlook on iPhone or Android

Sync2Cal syncs to your Outlook account, not a specific device. Events appear on any device signed into that Microsoft account, including the Outlook mobile app.

Sync2Cal syncs to your Microsoft account via OAuth. Events appear on every device signed into that account — phone, tablet, and desktop.

On iPhone or Android with the Outlook app: events synced by Sync2Cal appear under the calendar associated with your Microsoft account. Open the Outlook app, go to Calendar, and make sure the Sync2Cal calendar is toggled on in the calendar list (tap the menu icon to see all calendars).

If events are not showing in the Outlook mobile app:

  1. Open the Outlook app and go to Calendar.
  2. Tap the menu or hamburger icon to expand the calendar list.
  3. Find the Sync2Cal calendar (it may be listed under your Microsoft account) and make sure it is checked.
  4. If it is not listed at all, go to sync2cal.com/me/account on a browser, disconnect Outlook, and connect it again. Then check the mobile app.

Note: the Apple Calendar app and Google Calendar app on a phone can also display Outlook-synced events if those accounts are connected in your phone's settings. Sync2Cal works with the account, not the app.
