Can I get a refund?

Sync2Cal does not offer automatic refunds for unused billing periods, but billing errors are reviewed case by case. Contact support to request a review.

Sync2Cal does not offer automatic partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.

If you cancel your Pro subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the free plan.

If you believe there is a billing error — for example, you were charged after canceling, or charged the wrong amount — contact support and the team will review it manually.

To request a refund review:

  • Email hello@sync2cal.com with your account email and a description of the issue.
  • Or use the support chat on sync2cal.com.

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
