How to cancel your subscription
Most accounts are on a free Pro trial, which never charges and needs no cancellation. Paid subscribers cancel at sync2cal.com/me/account via Subscription > Manage (Stripe portal); access lasts until the billing period ends.
First, check which plan you are on. Most new accounts are on a free Pro trial, not a paid subscription.
If you are on the free Pro trial: there is nothing to cancel and no card is on file, so you will never be charged. When the trial ends, your account moves to the free plan and your synced calendars pause until you upgrade to Pro. They are not deleted and resume the moment you upgrade.
If you have a paid Pro subscription and want to cancel:
- Go to sync2cal.com/me/account.
- In the Subscription section, click Manage. This opens the Stripe billing portal. (If there is no Manage option, or it says no subscription was found, you are on the free trial and have nothing to cancel.)
- In the billing portal, cancel your subscription.
After canceling a paid plan, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account returns to the free plan.
Refunds: Sync2Cal does not offer automatic partial refunds for unused time. If you think there is a billing error, email hello@sync2cal.com or use the support chat and the team will review it.
