Free versus Pro: calendar access and billing

Pro provides ongoing calendar syncing and event customization. The standard free offering lets you browse schedules but does not keep calendars syncing after trial access ends. Your account page is the place to check your current access, including any existing allowance or reward.

What does Pro include?

The standard Pro subscription includes unlimited synced calendars and custom event appearance. You can follow schedules and deliver them to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook using the supported methods.

Customization options depend on the calendar and delivery method. For example, Sync2Cal's reminder control is available for existing Google and Outlook account-connected calendars. See event settings and reminders.

How is the free trial different from a paid plan?

The no-card Pro trial gives eligible new accounts temporary Pro access. It does not create a paid renewal by itself. When it ends, updates depend on the access available to your account. Read the trial guide if you are unsure whether you have a no-card trial or a billing-backed subscription trial.

Where do I find current prices?

Visit Upgrade to see the plans available to you. Before completing checkout, review the actual total, currency, monthly or annual billing interval, any introductory offer, and the renewal price.

An annual plan may be described using a monthly equivalent, but its charge is for the annual billing period. Use the checkout total to understand what you will pay. For an existing subscription, check My Account and the receipt rather than assuming a new offer changes your current plan.

How do I manage billing?

Open My Account > Subscription. For a web subscription, Manage subscription provides the available billing and cancellation actions. A purchase managed by a mobile app store must be managed through that store.

Cancellation stops renewal according to the subscription terms; refund requests are reviewed separately. Removing one calendar does not cancel your paid subscription.
