Is Sync2Cal free? What is the Pro trial?
Learn how the no-card Pro trial works, what happens when it ends, and how to check your trial type and current access before making a billing decision.
Sync2Cal offers a free Pro trial for eligible new accounts, with no card required for that trial. Continuing calendar sync after trial access ends requires an eligible plan or other active access shown on your account.
How does the no-card trial work?
The trial lets you try Pro calendar syncing before choosing a paid subscription. Check My Account for your trial status and end date. Offers, referral rewards, or extensions can affect the access shown on an account, so use your own account's date.
A no-card trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. If you never completed a paid checkout or enrolled in a billing-backed trial, there is no paid renewal to cancel merely because this trial ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
Without active paid or other eligible access, calendars outside your account's allowance stop receiving updates. Old events may remain visible in your calendar app; their presence does not prove that the connection is still updating.
The standard free offering does not keep calendars syncing. If your account has a different existing allowance or an active reward, follow the access shown for that account. See Free versus Pro.
What if I entered payment details or subscribed through an app store?
A trial associated with a billing subscription is different from the no-card trial. Check the subscription's renewal information and the checkout or store receipt. Do not assume it ends without a charge just because it is called a trial.
For a web billing subscription, My Account can show Manage subscription and Cancel trial. For an app-store purchase, manage renewal through the store that billed you. Follow the cancellation guide.
Where can I see the price?
Open the upgrade page while signed in to see available plans and offers. Review the amount, currency, billing interval, and renewal terms at checkout before paying. Your existing subscription details belong in My Account and your billing receipt.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to cancel the no-card trial to avoid a charge?⌄
No, provided you have not separately enrolled in a billing subscription. The no-card trial itself does not create a paid renewal.
Why do I still see events after my trial ended?⌄
Previously delivered events can remain visible even when future updates have stopped. Check your current access and a newly published event to assess whether syncing is active.
