Getting Started

What is Sync2Cal?

Sync2Cal lets you follow public schedules and receive their events in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Learn what it does and how updates work.

Sync2Cal lets you follow schedules for sports, TV shows, movies, anime, and other topics and add their events to the calendar you already use. You choose a schedule and a destination calendar, then receive updates through that connection.

Which calendar apps can I use?

  • Google Calendar: connect your Google account for direct updates, or use a calendar subscription link.
  • Outlook: connect your Microsoft account for direct updates, or use a calendar subscription link.
  • Apple Calendar: subscribe using a calendar link on iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

A calendar app on your phone can display several accounts. Choose the destination account you actually use, then follow the device visibility guide if the schedule appears on only one device.

What updates automatically?

With an active subscription and working connection, newly available events and schedule changes can reach your calendar without another file download. Timing depends on the source, Sync2Cal's processing, and your delivery method. How updates work.

A downloaded ICS file is a snapshot. It does not keep itself up to date. See importing versus subscribing.

What does Sync2Cal not do?

Sync2Cal does not copy all your private appointments between Google, Apple, and Outlook or merge personal calendars. It delivers the schedules you choose from its catalog.

It does not determine when an organizer releases fixtures or changes an event. Coverage depends on the calendar's source; check the listed events before subscribing. A calendar entry is not a ticket, a streaming subscription, or a guarantee that an event will take place as originally scheduled.

Is it free, and what access does it need?

Sync2Cal offers a no-card Pro trial for eligible new accounts and paid Pro subscriptions. Read the trial guide and check My Account for your current access.

Account connections use Google's or Microsoft's authorization screens. Apple Calendar uses a subscription URL. Read permissions and privacy before connecting.
