Free vs Pro plan
The free plan includes no synced calendars. Pro adds unlimited calendars and custom event appearance. New accounts start with a free Pro trial. See or change your plan at sync2cal.com/me/account.
How to cancel your subscription
Most accounts are on a free Pro trial, which never charges and needs no cancellation. Paid subscribers cancel at sync2cal.com/me/account via Subscription > Manage (Stripe portal); access lasts until the billing period ends.
Requesting a new calendar
Cannot find a calendar? Request it via the support chat on sync2cal.com or email help.sync2cal@gmail.com with the team, league, or show name.
Can I get a refund?
Sync2Cal does not offer automatic refunds for unused billing periods, but billing errors are reviewed case by case. Contact support to request a review.
