Requesting a new calendar

If you cannot find a schedule on Sync2Cal, email hello@sync2cal.com with the calendar name and an official schedule link. We review requests, but cannot promise that every source can be supported or give a delivery date before reviewing it.

Check for an existing calendar first

Try a short name, a common abbreviation, and the parent league or category using calendar search. If the calendar already exists but is missing an event, use the event-reporting guide instead of requesting a duplicate calendar.

What to include

• The team, league, show, organization, or topic name.
• A public official schedule page, or a public calendar feed if the organizer provides one.
• The country, competition, season, or version when several schedules share the same name.
• Which events you want included, such as one team's games or an entire competition.
• Your preferred calendar app, if your question also involves setup.

For example: 'Please add the Example League women's first-team fixtures. The official schedule is at this public link. I want league and cup matches, and I use Google Calendar.'

Which links should I send?

Send a public source that shows dates and, where available, times and timezones. A page requiring a personal login may not be usable as an ongoing source. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or private subscription links.

What happens after I send a request?

We check the requested scope and whether there is a usable schedule source. We may need clarification or may be unable to support the source reliably. Sending a request does not create a calendar immediately.
