How to add a calendar to Apple Calendar

Find your calendar on Sync2Cal, tap Subscribe, select Apple Calendar, and click the ICS link. Apple Calendar handles the rest automatically.

How to add a Sync2Cal calendar to Apple Calendar:

Go to sync2cal.com and search for the calendar you want (team name, league, show title, etc.).
Open the calendar page and tap or click Sync to Calendar.
Select Apple Calendar from the destination options.
Open the calendar link that appears. On iPhone it opens the Calendar app directly; on Mac it opens a subscription dialog in Calendar.
In Apple Calendar, confirm the subscription when prompted. The calendar is added to your account.

Apple Calendar checks for updates on its own schedule (about once an hour), so new events appear at the next refresh. The calendar updates automatically after that.
