Why did a calendar stop syncing?

Common causes: Google/Outlook disconnected (reconnect at sync2cal.com/me/account), your Pro trial ended (Pro is required to sync), or a temporary source outage. Check and Resync from My Calendars.

If a calendar stopped syncing, check these common causes:

Google Calendar or Outlook disconnected: go to sync2cal.com/me/account. If Google or Outlook shows as not connected under Integrations, click Connect to reconnect. Syncing resumes automatically.

Free plan: the free plan does not keep calendars syncing. When your Pro trial ends, your calendars pause until you upgrade to Pro. They are not deleted and resume the moment you upgrade.

Source data issue: occasionally a sports league or TV show source has a data outage. This is temporary and resolves automatically when the source updates.

To check a specific calendar: open My Calendars from your profile menu. Your synced calendars are on the Synced tab, and you can choose Resync from a calendar's menu to force an update.
