How often does Sync2Cal update my calendar?

Push sync (Google/Outlook) delivers updates automatically, within minutes of your first sync. ICS subscriptions (Apple, or Google/Outlook via link) update on the calendar app's own schedule.

Why did a calendar stop syncing?

Common causes: Google/Outlook disconnected (reconnect at sync2cal.com/me/account), your Pro trial ended (Pro is required to sync), or a temporary source outage. Check and Resync from My Calendars.

How Outlook sync works

Push sync (OAuth) is the default for Outlook: Sync2Cal writes to a dedicated calendar it creates and never reads your other events. An ICS link is a slower alternative.

Events not showing in Outlook

If events are missing, try re-syncing at sync2cal.com/me. If that does not resolve it, disconnect and reconnect your Outlook account.

Outlook on iPhone or Android

Sync2Cal syncs to your Outlook account, not a specific device. Events appear on any device signed into that Microsoft account, including the Outlook mobile app.
